I was born and raised in Panama City, Panama. I took art classes at Escuela Internacional de Artes Plásticas (1987-1989) and went on to study under Panamanian artist Sandra Moreno and America artist Richard Harvey. I have been working in fine art since 1989 and have participated in numerous art exhibitions, including two I personally organized: the Universidad Tecnológica de Panama (1991 - 1992) and Annual Competition of Miniatures in Galeria Dexa (1991). I participated in the Killeen Civic Art Guild and the Central Pastel Society, and in 1997 won Best of Show at the eighth annual Festival of Flags spring art competition with my oil painting titled El Diablico Sucio (The Dirty Devil). In 1997 I presented another exhibition at the International Visual Arts Gallery of International Folk Culture Center, San Antonio. In 2016, I participated in another Art Competition with the Texas Pastel Society. Currently, I am a member of The Texas Pastel Society in San Antonio, display my paintings at the River Art Group at La Villita 418 and at Kapej Coffee and Tea, San Antonio TX.
