The arts in Boerne, Texas have been enriched by the volunteerism and artistic drive of Mary Morton who has lived and worked in the area for the past 34 years. Morton helped introduce Fotoseptiembre USA to her community in 2002. She is chairman for the second consecutive year of the popular local outdoor neighborhood art exhibit dubbed the Art Waddle and served on the board of the Boerne Area Arts Council, now known as the Hill Country Council for the Arts.

 

A student of The Southwest School of Art in photography in the late 1990s, Morton has turned to painting, choosing oil as her medium. Years of photographing her family and friends have influenced her desire to paint expressionistic portraitures. Click the button to contact Mary Morton.
