Exhibition is limited to the first 50 responding artists.

TIMELINE

Exhibition run:  June 15 – August 2, 2024

Work drop-off: Sunday, June 9 or Monday, June 10

Show Installation: Wednesday, June 12

Public Opening Reception: Sunday, June 16, 3-5pm

De-install: Saturday, Sunday, August 3 & 4, times tba

HOW TO ENTER

Submit three differently sized works: one large, one medium, and one small

 Submission not to exceed 72" H x 50"W  including frame and not weigh more than 50lbs 

• Email submissions to: sylviabenitez@gagaart.org

• All jpegs must have your last name + a corresponding # to

   image list in the jpeg icon identifying field:

       example: Smith-1, Smith-2, Smith-3

•  Place SAALM in your submission email subject field

•  Include an image list.

Include your name, work title, medium, size h x w, and  price for each work
• All images must be clean. Please, do not include frames for images or distracting backgrounds.
• Submit images as jpg files @300 dpi /no larger than 5 MB

COST

We are asking each participant to bring a bottle of wine

(Red or White) to accompany their artwork drop-off. This will greatly assist with reception overhead.

DELIVERY OF ACCEPTED WORK

Hand Deliver accepted artwork:

Sunday June 9, 3-6 pm 

Monday, June 10, 10 am - Noon

Art work must be install ready

ALL hanging hardware must be attached before drop-off. (NOTE: D-rings strongly recommended on 2-dimensional art)

• Download the release form from Member Access Forms 

fill out and bring with accepted art work

• Bring donated wine ( red or white)

• Attach completed I.D. Tag to back upper righthand side of work

(This tag will be emailed to you.)
