Debra Benditz worked as a culinary consultant, CEO and
antique rose aficionado before reinventing herself as a painter
of lush and vibrant works. In 1989, Glamour magazine named
Benditz one of the top ten working women in America. By the
age of 26, she had launched her own flourishing business,
supplying pipe to the oil and gas industry.
In 2008, at age 50, Debra graduated from Texas Christian
University with a BFA in studio art and has never looked back.
Inspired by nature, her oil paintings celebrate the feminine form in all its beauty and luminous color. Her art has been exhibited internationally and is found in many private and corporate collections.
